Our mixed use & new settlement services draw on considerable experience in developing comprehensive proposals for new towns, villages and urban extensions.
Whether for mixed use settlements, residential neighbourhoods or other types of use, our team has worked on some of the largest sites in the country. Creating a masterplan for a large-scale site involves a large number of players and collating and synthesising a wide range of inputs, followed by a process of creating a compelling, overriding vision for a new place.
We have worked on a diverse range of sites across the country including a new village in Kent known as Winterbourne Fields; a large extension to Billericay in Essex referred to as Foots Farm; and a major extension to Cringleford on the southern side of Norwich.
